Frequently asked questions

1. How long does it take to build a website?

The timeline depends on the package you choose and the complexity of the project. For a basic website, it usually takes about 1 week. More advanced websites can take between 2 to 6 weeks. I will always provide an estimated timeline at the beginning of the project.

2. Do you provide content for the website?

No, content creation (such as text, images, and videos) is not included in the packages. However, I can integrate your provided content and optimize it for web use. If you need help with content, I can recommend professional copywriters or photographers.

3. Will my website be mobile-friendly?

Yes! All of the websites I create are responsive, meaning they will work well on all devices, including mobile phones and tablets.

4. Can I update the website myself after it's built?

Yes! If you choose a package with CMS integration (Standard or Advanced), you'll have the ability to easily update text, images, and other content on your own. I will provide a short tutorial on how to use the CMS if needed.

5. What if I need extra features after the project is finished?

If you need additional features or changes after the project is completed, I offer support packages. Small adjustments can be made through the monthly maintenance plan, while larger features will require a custom quote.

6. How does payment work?

For all projects, a deposit is required upfront (usually 50% of the total price), and the remaining balance is paid upon project completion. I accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, or other secure payment methods. For the monthly subscription, payments are made at the beginning of each month.
